It was an honor to capture these memories for these parents. <3 Expecting a child is such a beautiful and amazing experience… the anticipation of meeting your little one… the joy in “nesting” and making sure everything is just perfect for your baby’s arrival… the excitement of it all…
This beautiful family booked me when I had first started my business. It was SO good to see them again! They had a sweet little addition this time, and their four-year-old who was a baby at their first session acted as if we were long lost friends. Seriously - too sweet!! She wasn’t the most interested in sitting still to have her photo taken, but we got some gorgeous shots nonetheless! (P.S - I don’t mind one bit when kiddos have lots of energy. Chasing them around to get “the shot” gives me a good workout!) =)
This incredibly sweet family booked me a few years ago, but this time brought along Grandma and Grandpa AND had some exciting news to share. I was thrilled to meet these sweet grandparents and capture these adorable baby announcement photos for them. Their newest addition has arrived now and I can’t wait until they visit again so that I can meet them! I just love the love and joy captured in these photos…!
This amazing family planned a sweet birthday surprise vacation for Dad, aka “Grandpa.” I absolutely loved photographing this family! Their smiles were big and energy even bigger. One of the best parts of my jobs is getting to meet such wonderful clients that I would have never met otherwise! We were blessed with gorgeous golden light for this session. We moved quickly to get all of the photo combinations they wanted, I captured some super sweet “in-between moments,” and I think their gallery turned out beautifully.
When “Happily Ever Elopements” based in Wilmington, NC contacted me to inquire about me shooting a beach elopement for them, I was so very excited. I love LOVE! Happily Ever Elopements put together the sweeeetest setup for this lovely couple. I was even more excited to edit their photos after meeting them though, and after witnessing them exchange their vows. The love they have for each other is sooo beautiful, and their excitement of marrying each other was palpable... They were a joy to photograph, and it was an honor to be able to document this special moment for them!
Sweet fun fact: This gorgeous couple wasn’t engaged during this session, but they were the very NEXT day. I just knew he was going to propose soon after I photographed them! The way he looked at her throughout the whole session…! I kept wondering if he would propose during the session! I’ve had a client do that before - completely surprise me by popping the question mid-session! Haha! I absolutely loved working with these two. They are such sweet people and are totally.in.LOVE. This beautiful lady wanted some romantic vibes to the gallery, and although her man isn’t big into getting his photo taken or “PDA,” he was a great sport…and the result was soooo sweet!! <3 Best wishes to these two on forever <3
These girls decided to leave the boys behind for an all-girls weekend, and asked me to take photos to celebrate the occasion! =) I was so glad they contacted me, because this session was absolutely gorgeous. I am very used to (and totally okay with!!) chasing kiddos around on the beach for photos, but there was no chasing at this shoot..! Haha! The girls were little angels who were happy to pose however I asked! If I’m being completely honest, it was a nice treat for me (but I promise, I expect and am completely okay with chasing those kiddos who aren’t so “cooperative!”) So much love in this session, and so many gorgeous smiles..!! I just loved how these ladies outfits all coordinated too...!

These two booked me to photograph them on their honeymoon, and I was all here for it! These lovebirds were so much fun to work with, and incredibly sweet...(and cute - they couldn’t stop kissing!!) <3 The session was absolutely gorgeous. We had such soft pretty light, with golden light peaking through, and a beautiful sunset making way at the very end. Also, just look at how he looks at her… <3

This senior session was SO much fun to shoot! I just realized that I hadn’t blogged it yet, but there’s no better time than the present! Coastal Carolina University is my alma mater. It’s an absolutely beautiful campus, and I love visiting it every chance I get. These are a few of my favorites from the session!
This family (from Canada-they traveled far!) was so sweet to work with! I absolutely loved their color choices for their session. The clothing choices my clients make really have such a big impact on the final look of their photos. If you’re looking for a “light and airy” look to your photos (which is my favorite for beach sessions,) lighter color schemes work best. Just look at the love in these photos! <3
In-home newborn sessions are my absolute favorite! I just love babies, and love documenting a family’s first moments with their newest loves, in their babies’ first home. This is such a special time and one that goes by so quickly. I know just how fleeting this time is, and it is truly an honor to be able to deliver a gallery full of these memories for my family’s to cherish forever. I loved meeting this beautiful little princess!
Kaden and Caitlyn’s Wedding was just as sweet as they are. They had the most unique details! Caitlyn has a degree in English, and her flowers were made of book pages! Kaden was in Alaska with the Coast Guard just prior to their wedding, and he was only in South Carolina for a few weeks to get married, before moving to California with his bride for his next assignment. Their family traveled to S.C. from all over the country to celebrate with them, and they sure did celebrate! There was lots of dancing and fun, but they finished with an incredibly sweet private dance. We finished our coverage with some gorgeous light outside that was perfect for photos, and took advantage of the beautiful, historic downtown Conway, SC area.
This couple was the sweetest to work with, and I had the best time capturing their bigger than life smiles! It was as if it was hard for them to contain their smiles!! I loved every second of this engagement session!
This was such a beautiful session! We literally picked this location last minute, as we were rained/stormed out of our original location. Locations are so important to a gallery’s final look, but love and smiles are what really make the photos and memories truly special. <3 These are a few of my favorites!

Just LOVED this engagement session at Atalaya Castle and the Huntington Beach State Park in Murrells Inlet.
